ITSM, rebuilt for agents.
Not tickets.
Authexa is the autonomous replacement for ServiceNow, Jira SM and Freshservice. Agents own the incident, the change, the request, the outcome — end to end, across every ITIL 4 practice.

Legacy ITSM vs AI-native
Same request. Two different worlds.
Legacy ITSM was designed for humans clicking through tickets. Authexa was designed for agents completing outcomes.
The Autonomous ITSM Stack
Every ITSM pillar. Rebuilt AI-native.
Not another workflow tool with an AI bolt-on. Authexa is an agent-first platform where every ITIL 4 practice is owned by autonomous workers.
Incident Management
Agents correlate signals, identify the fault, run playbooks, and close.
Service Requests
Access, provisioning, hardware, software — completed while you type.
Change Enablement
Every change scored for risk, blast radius, and rollback readiness.
Problem Management
Agents mine incidents for root causes and file problem records.
CMDB & Discovery
Continuously discovered CIs, dependencies, and blast-radius maps.
Knowledge Management
Every resolution becomes a KB article — reviewed, versioned, searchable.
Service Catalog
No forms. No categories. Just say what you need.
SLA & Reporting
Real-time posture, predicted breaches, and automatic remediation.
ITIL 4 aligned · AI-native
Every practice below is owned by an autonomous agent — with human-in-the-loop where policy requires.
Live Ops Room
Your service desk, running itself.
A live simulation of the Authexa control plane — tickets in, agents working, outcomes out. What you see is what a real day looks like.
Live workflows
Real jobs, end to end.
Pick a workflow. Watch what your ops team currently does in tickets — done by agents in a single loop.
From offer letter to Day-1 productive in 4 minutes.
CMDB · live discovery
Your infrastructure, as agents see it.
Authexa's discovery agents map every service, host and dependency in real time. When an incident hits, the blast radius lights up before a human notices.
Lifecycle
Every ticket, end to end, by an agent.
From intake to knowledge capture — no human queue, no dropped context.
Talk to Authexa
A live voice agent. Speak. It acts.
Press the orb and say a request out loud in your language. Authexa understands intent, replies in voice, and works across 11+ languages.
"Provision Jira access for Maya."
The agent workforce
Eight roles, always on duty.
Every agent is scoped, sandboxed, and audited. Compose them into any ITIL 4 practice.
Agent Playground
Watch Authexa actually do the work.
A live scripted run — cursor moves, fields fill, tickets close. This is the same loop that ships to production, minus your data.
Product
Agents that complete real work, not just chat about it.
A complete autonomous operations stack — perception, reasoning, execution, and governance — designed for enterprise environments.
Intelligent intent engine
Understands what users want — not just what they type. Disambiguates and clarifies.
Computer vision
Reads any application UI from screenshots. No brittle selectors, no APIs required.
Autonomous execution
Navigates systems, fills forms, clicks, verifies — end-to-end task completion.
Context memory
Stateful workflows that remember prior steps, decisions, and tenant context.
Dynamic data collection
Asks only for what's missing. Never blocks on details it can infer.
Enterprise integrations
ITSM, HRIS, IAM, ERP, custom apps — works with what you already run.
Audit trails
Every action, screenshot, and decision is captured for compliance and review.
Human-in-the-loop
Confident agents act autonomously and escalate only when policy requires.
Architecture
One stack. Four intelligent layers.
From natural-language intent down to enterprise system actions — each layer is purpose-built and observable.
Live operations
Work that completes itself, around the clock.
While your team sleeps, Authexa is provisioning access, closing tickets, and keeping the enterprise running. Every action audited, every decision explainable.

Operators talking
What the people running IT actually say.
Composite quotes from pilots and early-access customers. Names anonymized where required.
"Authexa killed our Tier 1 queue in six weeks. We didn't reduce headcount — we reassigned it to platform work that actually compounds."
"The CMDB alone paid for the platform. It's the first time in my career our dependency graph has been true on a Wednesday afternoon."
"We handed our P1 runbook to an agent and it wrote a better one from our own history. Median MTTR fell from 42 minutes to 14 seconds."
"Onboarding used to take three days across six systems. Authexa does it before the new hire's coffee gets cold — and the audit trail is spotless."
"Migrated 14,000 ServiceNow tickets in a weekend. The agents ingested our old workflows and rebuilt them as policies we could actually read."
"Access reviews went from a two-week fire drill each quarter to a continuous background process. My auditors asked what changed."
"Our service desk used to be a cost center. With Authexa, it now files PRs against our infra when it spots the same incident twice."
"The voice agent handles 60% of after-hours calls end-to-end. Our on-call engineers only see the incidents that actually need a human."
"SOC 2 evidence collection used to eat a full engineer for a month. Authexa produces the exact artifacts our auditor asks for, live."

FAQ
What CIOs ask us on the first call.
Is Authexa really a full ITSM, or just an AI layer on top of one?
A full ITSM. Authexa owns the ticket model, service catalog, CMDB, change record, KB, and reporting stack — all agent-first. You can run it standalone or bidirectionally sync with ServiceNow/Jira SM during migration.
How does Authexa align with ITIL 4?
Authexa covers 12 of the 14 ITIL 4 practices AI-natively (Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change Enablement, Service Level, Asset & CMDB, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Monitoring & Events, Deployment, Release, Continual Improvement). Two remain human-led: Supplier Management and Organizational Change.
How do you migrate from ServiceNow?
A guided migration: we import your CMDB, service catalog, and open records; run Authexa and ServiceNow in parallel with bidirectional sync; cut over module-by-module. Most customers complete cutover in 8–12 weeks.
How is agent safety enforced?
Every action is signed, screenshotted, and stored in an append-only audit log. Human-in-the-loop policies escalate risky changes to approvers. Agents run inside a sandboxed identity per tenant with least-privilege scoping.
Which changes require human approval?
You define it. Default policies escalate P1/P2 changes, anything touching production data stores, IAM grants above a threshold, and any action outside the agent's confidence envelope.
Can Authexa run on-prem or air-gapped?
Yes. SaaS, private VPC, on-prem Kubernetes, and fully air-gapped deployments — all supported with local inference for regulated and defense workloads.
Where does customer data live?
Multi-region SaaS (US, EU, APAC) with data-residency guarantees. Private deployments keep 100% of data inside your boundary. No customer data is used to train shared models.
Which LLMs power the agents?
A frontier ensemble by default — Gemini 2.5, Claude 4.5, GPT-4.1 — routed per task by cost and quality. Enterprise plans pin models, bring your own keys, or run open-weights (Llama 3, Mistral, DeepSeek) fully in-tenant.
How does pricing work?
Consumption-based: you pay per autonomous resolution, not per seat. Employees, managers, and viewers are free. Enterprise plans include committed volume, private routing, and premium support.
How quickly can we run a pilot?
Two weeks from kickoff to first autonomous workflow in production, using pre-built agents for onboarding, access, and password reset.
